Kat Aulbach, RYT® 200
Kat is a current undergraduate Psychology student at Elon University and completed her yoga teacher training last year with Om Shanti. Kat is initially from CT, and has been practicing since high school. Yoga has taught her to breathe through difficult situations and cope with the general anxieties and worries of life. She is passionate about diversifying the yoga space, making it a more inclusive space for any person and any BODY to feel comfortable practicing.
Kat enjoys teaching baptiste-inspired power vinyasa flow classes, as well as more restorative flows, mostly with a combination of juicy stretching with a nice sweat. She believes yoga is all about that body-mind connection and empowering yourself to believe you can do anything you set your mind to.
