Sara Walls, RYT® 200
Sara received her 200 hour YTT certification from Om Shanti Yoga and maintains both a home and studio practice. Her classes incorporate breathwork, reflection on the eight limbs of yoga (not all in one class, of course!), a continual call to presence, and a chance to play. For Sara, yoga is as necessary as food and water, and she finds it a joy to share the practice with others.
