Ely is a GOYA certified yoga teacher (CYT 200) and Reiki Master Teacher. Health oriented life being, farm worker and (retired?) printmaker. She has been teaching yoga since 2023, both in-person and online.

She likes to break challenging poses into doable parts, so that everyone can experience the pose at the level they currently are at. She also enjoys creating workshops that mix general life experiences, sounds, words, meditation and movement.

Ely has been self-applying Reiki since the end of 1999 and just got her Master Teacher certificate this April. She also started teaching languages in 1999, and on and off art printmaking since the dinosaur era... Overall, more than 25 years of teaching experience. She tries to bring joy, good humor and vibes as much, and as long as she can to her life and for those around her.

Her current hobby is dancing Latin rhythms and Kizomba. Ely has a daily yoga practice since 2007. She started doing yoga consistently when she was 40 and was never a gymnast. Does that motivate you?
