
Kristina Meinking, CYT 200
Kristina began her yoga journey at Om Shanti in 2012 as a way to supplement her love for running and strength training. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019 at OSY and has since taught a variety of classes, including heated power yoga and core-focused classes. Now turning her teaching energy to yin yoga, Kristina is eager to share with others the soothing benefits of improved flexibility, circulation, and range of motion that this practice offers.
