Lu Anne Simpson, RYT® 200
Lu Anne is a passionate and certified yoga instructor whose journey with yoga began in 1984. She completed her certification through Triad Yoga Institute, where she deepened her understanding of both the physical and philosophical aspects of the practice.
Her teaching is grounded in presence, intuition, and a deep commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and sacred space where students feel supported in their personal practice. She emphasizes alignment, intentional movement, and self-awareness—guiding students through practices that cultivate balance, strength, and peace both on and off the mat.
What sets her classes apart is her integration of mindfulness, journaling, and breathwork, woven together with a blend of alignment-based Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga. Whether leading a gentle flow or a more challenging sequence, her approach is both thoughtful and inclusive, meeting students where they are. Beyond the mat, she is devoted to fostering community and well-being, ensuring that each student feels seen and cared for.
Her warm, intuitive teaching style invites students to explore yoga as a path of self-discovery, growth, and connection. When not teaching, she enjoys reading, sewing, painting, and writing—creative outlets that inspire the richness she brings into her classes.
