Yoga came into my life 26 years ago during a time when I was searching for something deeper, healing, connection, strength, and a way back to myself. Over the years, I’ve explored many different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Bikram, Yin, and eventually Power Vinyasa, with each practice teaching me something unique about myself, my body, and my spirit. What began as a physical practice slowly became a journey of growth, self-discovery, and learning how to soften while still standing strong. Through yoga, I’ve learned the power of presence, the importance of breathing through discomfort, and what it truly means to relax with what is.
As a 200-hour certified Power Vinyasa teacher, I am passionate about creating classes that are both empowering and compassionate. I love guiding students through strong, intentional movement while reminding them that yoga is not about perfection, it’s about showing up exactly as you are. My classes are designed to help students build strength, confidence, and connection both on and off the mat.
My hope is that every person who steps into my class feels seen, supported, and inspired to trust themselves a little more. Yoga has taught me how to open my heart, shift my vision, and come home to myself, and it is an honor to share that journey with others.
