+ Can pregnant women do yoga?
Absolutely! Yoga during pregnancy offers many wonderful benefits for both body and mind. While we don’t currently offer a dedicated prenatal yoga class, our experienced teachers are happy to help you modify poses in any of our regular classes to ensure you feel supported, safe, and comfortable throughout your practice. For a more personalized experience, we also offer private prenatal yoga sessions with one of our certified prenatal yoga instructors. As always, we recommend checking in with your doctor before beginning any new movement practice during pregnancy.
