Deep Stretch

Indulge in the serenity of our Deep Stretch class, where a gently heated, cozy room sets the stage for enhanced flexibility and relaxation. Embrace the soothing warmth as you gracefully move through stretches, allowing muscles to release tension effortlessly. This class offers a tranquil escape, fostering a profound mind-body connection and leaving you with a sense of rejuvenation. Join us in this welcoming space for a brief respite from the hustle—where comfort and flexibility intertwine seamlessly.

Gentle Yoga

In this serene practice, we move gently to warm the body and then invite deep soothing stretches. We work with the breath to help release tension and increase calm and self-control. Import is placed on kindness and contentment throughout. The practice ends with a period of conscious relaxation as well as concentration exercises. This relaxing class is beneficial for all levels.

Level 1

This class is for anyone curious about yoga and wants to learn the basics. The focus will be the fundamentals of the yoga asanas (postures), and the philosophy of the 8-limbed path. The path of yoga is much more than just the asana (poses) practice! Props are used to assist in alignment and to provide comfort in the poses. A regular yoga practice will help you to age with courage, strength, wisdom, joy, and wild curiosity! Who doesn’t want more of that?

Mixed Level

This class begins with a grounding and calming breath meditation. You will then be led through a variety of seated and standing poses using the breath. You will learn to stretch and strengthen the body while de-stressing the mind using mindful movement. The class will end with a deeply relaxing meditation. Newer students can refine yoga postures while veteran yogis can play with variations in all of our mixed-level classes. The class is suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners. Options and modifications will be offered, allowing you to move at your own pace and challenge yourself just as much as feels good to you in each moment. Any level of participant is warmly welcomed, and mixed-level class options are ideal for those who are currently physically active or have some yoga experience.

Myofascial Release

Experience the healing benefits of myofascial release in this dedicated class. Led by Lisa, you'll target trigger points using two therapy balls. Bring your own or purchase them at the studio for $15. This is a perfect continuation to our myofascial workshops to put into practice what you’ve learned. Immerse yourself in this therapeutic experience as you release tension and enhance flexibility. Join us for a session that empowers you to take control of your well-being. Your body will thank you.

Power Yoga

Power Vinyasa Class for all levels...Come warm your body as the class progresses, and participate in a vinyasa sequence mid-week! Get the boost you need to fuel your body, open your heart and mind!

Reset And Restore

A gentle alignment-based class invites flexibility through the use of bolsters, blocks, and straps. Restorative poses and pranayama practices will also infuse this practice. Perfect for those returning to the mat, and for beginners wanting to experience the life-changing benefits of yoga.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is the perfect combination of breath and movement. As you flow from one pose to the next the passing is designed to give you time to deepen your breath and enjoy each pose. A gentle stretch warm-up leads to some familiar vinyasa flow Sun Salutations, and some nice balance postures, and concludes with a just right savasana. This is an all-level class.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. In contrast to more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for extended periods, typically 3 to 5 minutes. These poses target the connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments and fascia, promoting flexibility and releasing tension. Yin yoga is known for its calming and introspective nature, making it a practice that not only enhances physical flexibility but also encourages mindfulness and inner awareness.

Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics is a perfect starting point for beginners on their yoga journey. No prior experience, no flexibility, no worries! In this class, you'll learn essential yoga poses that form the core of many yoga practices. Each session follows a consistent sequence, ensuring familiarity and comfort with these foundational poses. Every week, a different teacher brings their unique perspective and insights, offering a fresh take on the same sequence. This diversity in teaching styles enriches your learning experience and deepens your understanding of each pose.
