Myofascial Release - Included in Membership

Experience the deeply therapeutic benefits of myofascial release in this specialized class led by Lisa. Using two therapy balls, you’ll apply gentle, sustained pressure to specific trigger points, helping to release restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles. This technique enhances mobility, reduces pain, and promotes relaxation by improving circulation and breaking up adhesions that cause tension and stiffness. Expect guided techniques that empower you to tune into your body's needs, relieve tightness, and restore balance. Bring your therapy balls or purchase a set at the studio and prepare for a session that leaves you feeling more open, flexible, and refreshed. Your body will thank you!
Kids' Yoga - $12

This kids' yoga class, designed for ages 5-10, is a joyful and engaging experience that nurtures young minds and bodies. Through age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing techniques, guided meditation, and playful yoga games, children will build strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness in a fun and supportive environment.
While your little yogi is in class, parents can relax in our cozy lobby—enjoy a moment for yourself. This is a special time for kids to explore their yoga practice independently, building confidence and focus while you recharge nearby.
Sound Bath & Guided Metitation - $30

Immerse yourself in a calming sound bath and guided meditation themed A Breath of Fresh Air—a soothing experience to clear mental clutter, reset your nervous system, and invite renewal. With minimal movement, this class invites deep rest through gentle breathwork, intentional stillness, and the healing tones of crystal bowls. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that helps you get cozy—like a blanket, eye mask, or pillow—to fully settle in and receive the practice.
Yoga and Lifestyle Choices for Brain Health - $45

Research tells us that our genetics have very little impact on our brain health and longevity - but lifestyle choices have a BIG impact! Join Sara to learn more about choices we can make each day to promote brain health. We will practice yoga poses and meditation that are backed by research to help us have healthy brains longer.
Sara completed the Brain Longevity Certification from the Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation (arpf.com) and will be teaching from the Four Pillars of Brain Longevity.

This class offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enhance your yoga practice while enjoying the company of these furry companions. Not only will you find inner peace and flexibility, but you'll also contribute to a great cause. We're proud to partner with Paws4Ever, and 50% of the proceeds from this class go directly to their rescue efforts. Unleash your inner yogi, make new furry friends, and support the well-being of these adorable kittens. It's yoga, compassion, and cuteness all rolled into one unforgettable session! Join us between 11:30 AM and 3:45 PM to roll up your sleeve and give the gift of life. This event is a beautiful collaboration between local studios, teachers, and students coming together for a cause that truly matters.
This blood drive will be at the peaceful and welcoming Om Shanti Yoga studio. This serene space makes for a calm, easygoing donation experience. Whether you’re a regular on the mat or have never done yoga in your life, you’re warmly invited to join us. You don’t need to be part of a studio to be part of our community.
