Seeking Joy Amidst Grief - $45

Most of us experience loss on this journey of life. There are so many emotions that we experience as a part of the grieving process. When left unprocessed, these feelings can "get stuck" in our bodies. Yoga poses and breathwork offers an avenue to create space and movement, inviting the body to process and release what is "stuck."
This workshop will include gentle yoga poses and movements perfect for beginners, breath work, mindfulness practices, opportunities for reflection, and grief education. Wear comfortable clothes and bring layers to ensure your comfort. Bring water, a journal, and pen, and Kleenex. Bring a blanket for comfort, if you’d like.
Yoga at the Grove Juice Bar - Free

Joy + Connection Through Bellydance - $20

Winter Solstice Half Mala Practice - $25

Join us for a half mala practice—54 sun salutations with a break midway to rest—honoring the transition to winter. This personal yet communal experience includes asana, chanting, meditation, and a restorative rest to help you set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and find peace in the season’s stillness.
Open to all levels with modifications offered, this practice welcomes anyone eager to reflect, renew, and embrace the quiet beauty of winter.
Pints and Poses at Elon - $20

Join us for an hour of movement and relaxation at Beer Republic in Elon, hosted in their event space! We’ll guide you through a blend of strengthening poses and soothing stretches, perfect for all levels—from total beginners to seasoned yogis. After class, stick around and enjoy a free drink (valued at $7 or less) from our generous host. It’s a great way to unwind, connect, and enjoy a refreshing treat together!

New Years Flow - Included in Membership

Start 2025 off right with our Mixed-Level Yoga Class on New Year’s Day at 9:00 AM! Whether you’re totally new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is for everyone. We’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and take some time to reset and refocus for the year ahead. Come as you are, and let’s kick off the new year together with a good community and a little self-care!
Yoga for Caregivers - $25
Wednesday, January 15th at 2:00 pm
This feature class blends breathing exercises and poses intended to be brought off the mat and into moments of life such as waiting in a waiting room, sitting in the car, standing in line at the grocery store, or laying in bed at night. Practice will include seated (in chair), standing, and reclined poses. No prior yoga experienced necessary.
