Balance, On and Off the Mat - $30
Sunday, June 8th at 1:30pm
"Balance" can be an elusive concept in a society where perfectionism and relentless achievement are such widely accepted goals. In this workshop, we'll consider what balance means to us individually, and experiment with a few tools and templates for moving our lives OFF the mat toward a better balance for ourselves. Then, we'll flow it out, playing with the ways that balance ON the mat can help prepare us for the inevitable challenges that come our way.
Please bring a notebook, pen, and your yoga mat, or borrow one of ours.

Summer Solstice Flow and Social - Included in Membership
Friday, June 20th at 5:30pm
Celebrate the longest day of the year with a heart-opening flow that honors the sun’s energy and the power of renewal. We’ll move through grounding poses, energizing sun salutations, and a sweet wind-down to leave you feeling balanced and inspired. Stay after class for a casual social hour with light refreshments and drinks. Bring your friends and family — let’s celebrate community, connection, and summer magic together.
Family Yoga - $25
We invite parents, grandparents, and caregivers to bring their kids or grandkids for a fun and interactive session. Together, you’ll enjoy playful movement activities, breathing exercises, and special bonding moments in a supportive environment. No prior experience needed—come as you are! Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours. This class is designed for children ages 5–10. However, if your child is just outside this age range and you feel they’re able to participate comfortably and respectfully, they are more than welcome to join!
Only the adult needs to register using their name and contact information. No need to register your little ones separately!

Myofascial Release - Included in Membership

Yoga & Herbs for Sleep

Sleep is crucial for good health and well-being, but for many of us, life often gets in the way of getting good zzz's. In this workshop, we'll discuss and try out herbs that help us de-stress and relax, and you'll create your own personalized tea blend to take home. Then, we'll experiment with grounding and calming yoga practices you might incorporate into your own evening "unwind" ritual.

This blood drive will be at the peaceful and welcoming Om Shanti Yoga studio. This serene space makes for a calm, easygoing donation experience. Whether you’re a regular on the mat or have never done yoga in your life, you’re warmly invited to join us. You don’t need to be part of a studio to be part of our community.

Arts and Asana

All levels are welcome to this immersive experience of art and movement—a beautiful way to nourish the body, mind, and soul while supporting our local community. Flow through yoga poses (asanas) surrounded by inspiring works from some of Alamance's amazing artists, blending the emotional resonance of art with the healing power of movement. Explore how creativity and physical expression together can uplift, restore, and connect us. After class, stay for the art show, sip some wine, chat with the artists, and maybe even take home a piece that speaks to you. It’s more than a class—it’s a celebration of community, creativity, and well-being.
