Myofascial Release - Included in Membership

Experience the healing benefits of myofascial release in this dedicated class. Led by Lisa, you'll target trigger points using two therapy balls. Bring your balls. This is a perfect continuation to our myofascial workshops to put into practice what you’ve learned. Immerse yourself in this therapeutic experience as you release tension and enhance flexibility. Yoga for Caregivers - $25

This feature class blends breathing exercises and poses intended to be brought off the mat and into moments of life such as waiting in a waiting room, sitting in the car, standing in line at the grocery store, or laying in bed at night. Practice will include seated (in chair), standing, and reclined poses. No prior yoga experienced necessary.
