Love Notes: Sound Bath - $20 or 2 tickets for $30

Join us the evening before Valentine’s Day for a deeply nourishing 45-minute sound bath centered around self-love, connection, and rest. Whether you come solo to fill your own cup or bring your bestie for a Galentine night in, this experience is designed to help you slow down, soften, and settle into ease.

This sound bath features crystal singing bowls, whose pure tones and gentle vibrations support relaxation of the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and invite the body into a restorative, meditative state. There is no movement and no prior experience needed, just lie back, get comfortable, and receive.

Myofascial Release - Included in Membership

Experience the deeply therapeutic benefits of myofascial release in this specialized class led by Lisa. Using two therapy balls, you’ll apply gentle, sustained pressure to specific trigger points, helping to release restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles.

This technique enhances mobility, reduces pain, and promotes relaxation by improving circulation and breaking up adhesions that cause tension and stiffness. Expect guided techniques that empower you to tune into your body's needs, relieve tightness, and restore balance. Building Your Home Yoga Practice - $25

Practicing in community, guided by an experienced teacher, is a powerful and essential part of yoga. At the same time, the moments between classes are where yoga has the potential to support your life in deeper, more consistent ways.

In this workshop, we’ll explore what a home practice can look like beyond the all-or-nothing mindset. From 2-minute breath practices, to short grounding sequences, to longer flows designed around your individual goals, you’ll be introduced to a range of options that meet you where you are.
