Yoga 101 - $25
Friday, September 5th at 6:00 pm
Introductory courses are designed for beginners to learn the fundamentals of yoga. These classes focus on foundational poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and basic meditation practices. Participants can expect a supportive and non-competitive environment to explore yoga at their own pace.
If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it, though we do have a few at the studio you can borrow. Wear comfortable clothes, and bringing a water bottle is a good idea. This course is great for anyone interested in learning the basics. We just ask that you’re able to sit on the floor and stand back up without help.
