Yoga Basics Series - $10

Welcome to our 'Yoga Basics' series, a perfect starting point for beginners on their yoga journey. No prior experience, no flexibility, no worries! In this class, you'll learn essential yoga poses that form the core of many yoga practices. Each session follows a consistent sequence, ensuring familiarity and comfort with these foundational poses. Every week, a different teacher brings their unique perspective and insights, offering a fresh take on the same sequence. This diversity in teaching styles enriches your learning experience and deepens your understanding of each pose.

Yoga at the Grove Juice Bar - Free

Join us for a revitalizing Flow Yoga class on Sunday morning at the Grove Juice Bar. Brighten your day while moving to fun pop music as you explore a practice suitable for all levels. Spring Kirtan - Included in Membership

Enjoy an afternoon of devotional chanting centered around the opening and inspiring of your heart. This afternoon’s chants will stem from a teaching perspective as part of our yoga teacher training, but all are welcome. We hope you will ecstatically recharge your soul’s batteries, luxuriously calm your mind, and reclaim the tenderness of your heart.

No previous singing experience or skill is needed. Let the power of sound and vibration release you from your worldly concerns and physical discomforts.

In each chant you can find that it contains a transformative power and healing energy. Through our voices, we join a stream of consciousness, emotion, and devotion that has been flowing for centuries, sharing the joy of making inspirational music together.

YTT Community Classes -$5

Join us for a special Community Class, a celebratory one-hour yoga session marking the final step in our yoga teacher training program. This class, led by a brand new graduate of our teacher training program, is not just a practice session, but a graduation showcase. It's an opportunity for our trainees to demonstrate their skills, passion, and the knowledge they've acquired throughout their journey.

Yoga: Beyond the Physical - $45

Cats on Mats: Fundraiser Class - $20

Indulge in a purr-fectly delightful experience with our Kitten Yoga Class! Join us for a unique fusion of relaxation and playfulness as you flow through yoga poses, surrounded by the adorable antics of adoptable kittens from Paws4Ever. This class offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enhance your yoga practice while enjoying the company of these furry companions. Not only will you find inner peace and flexibility, but you'll also contribute to a great cause. We're proud to partner with Paws4Ever, and 50% of the proceeds from this class go directly to their rescue efforts. Unleash your inner yogi, make new furry friends, and support the well-being of these adorable kittens. It's yoga, compassion, and cuteness all rolled into one unforgettable session! Pose Playground - Included in Membership

Ever wanted to learn an advanced pose, elevate your practice, or just learn a cool party trick? Join us for the Pose Playground class where we’ll learn poses like Peacock, Fallen Angel, Hand/Head Stands, and others as well as their modifications and prep poses! ALL LEVELS are encouraged to join us as we learn together in a fun, playground-style class!

Yoga Nidra - Included in Membership

Friday, May 24th at 5:45 p.m.

Ease into the holiday weekend with a yoga Nidra practice! This calm and restful practice is also known as "yogic sleep", allowing space to rest and reset. Yoga Nidra is usually done in a reclined position using props and blankets to support comfort and relaxation. Hope to see you for a wonderful, relaxing practice!

Nourish with Ayurveda - $30

Join Sheri Vettel MPH, RDN, LDN, RYT-200 & soon-to-be Certified Chopra Ayurveda Teacher for a workshop designed to help you nourish your body, mind, and soul through Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is an ancient healing system from India that remains timeless in its teachings. Ayurveda encourages aligning with natural rhythms and using food, herbs, and daily self-care practices to restore balance and vitality.

In this workshop, you’ll discover your unique mind-body type (dosha) and learn how to use a blend of Ayurvedic and integrative nutrition to create more balance, boost nutrient-density, and feel more satisfied after meals.

Myofascial Release - Included in Membership

Experience the healing benefits of myofascial release in this dedicated class. Led by Lisa, you'll target trigger points using two therapy balls. Bring your own or purchase them at the studio for $15. This is a perfect continuation to our myofascial workshops to put into practice what you’ve learned. Immerse yourself in this therapeutic experience as you release tension and enhance flexibility. Join us for a session that empowers you to take control of your well-being. Your body will thank you.
