In the past, we’ve gathered in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains, tucked away in a historic lodge full of rustic charm and mountain views. These weekends are a soul-nourishing blend of daily yoga and meditation practices, inspiring workshops, hikes along scenic trails, and cozy fireside chats that invite laughter, reflection, and community. We share nourishing, chef-prepared meals, sip coffee on misty mornings, and end the day with meditation, s’mores, or simply quiet moments under the stars.
Our retreats are more than just a getaway; they are a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and others in a peaceful, supportive space.
