We’re thrilled to share something new and exciting with you—Mat Pilates is now at Om Shanti Yoga Studio every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Mat Pilates classes are designed to complement your yoga practice and help you discover new ways to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
